    •    Refunds are not provided for any orders, including instances of buyer’s remorse or changes in preferences after the purchase.

    3.    Order Review:

    •    Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders carefully, including design details, sizes, colors, and any customization requests, before finalizing the purchase.

    4.    Exceptions:

    •    In rare cases where a product arrives damaged due to shipping or there is a proven defect caused during the creation process, we will work with you to provide a replacement or repair at our discretion.

    •    Any such issues must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the product.
